Upon the completion of the major part of the project “Replanting the Burnt Delphic Olive Groves” on Saturday 29 April 2023, the unveiling of the commemorative marble column at the Olive Park at the entrance of the city of Amfissa took place, with the names of the sponsors engraved on it, among which is the Hellenic Halyvourgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For their valuable contribution to the restoration of the Amfissa olive grove, which was affected by a fire in July 2022 resulting in the destruction of 35,000 olive trees, the sponsors were honored with a commemorative plaque. The event was also attended by the Prime Minister, who praised the work of the special body in charge of implementing the action plan for the restoration of the traditional olive grove of Amfissa and symbolically planted an olive tree.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
